THE ABCs of DISC
The test gauged my management orientation as Conscientiousness. I believe it got it right on point. I'm very conscientious about how things are done. I pay a lot of attention to detail and everything has to be done a certain way when I'm in charge. One place I'm conscientious is at work, I tend to be more picky about how I want certain things to be. I don't wish i could be another type but i do believe a person can change to another type. An individual can become more dominant or influence can increase as times goes by. A test like this would help in other personal interactions because it could reveal some aspects about ones interactions one doesn't realize.

Hey Manuel,
I think most important is to know your good and bad sides of personality and learn how to deal with the bad ones over time and if possible change them.
Another important thing is to be happy in your own skin and from what I could read, you are satisfied.
WORD... You definatly are the Conscientious type... YOu would also be Mellow if it was a type.
As far as a person changeing "types" I think people can adjust certain characteristics but I don't they can change completly.
